Your body. Your birth. Your story.

Services & Support

No matter where you plan to give birth, how your labour unfolds, or how you’re feeling in any given moment, I offer support every step of the way.

When labour begins, I offer a steady, continuous presence, supporting you at home or in the hospital. I provide emotional reassurance, physical comfort techniques, and gentle guidance as labour unfolds.

After your baby is born, I remain with you for up to two hours to support immediate postpartum needs, early bonding, and initial feeding. This time is focused on helping you feel settled, supported, and cared for as you transition into this next chapter.

When Labour Begins
Partner Support

Birth is a shared experience. I support partners and support people by offering guidance, reassurance, and practical suggestions so they can feel confident, involved, and connected throughout the birth.

My goal is to help your support team feel included and supported, while ensuring you remain at the centre of your care.

As your postpartum doula, my role is to help you feel supported, rested, and confident as you recover, bond with your baby, and adjust to life as a growing family.

I offer hands-on newborn care guidance, including soothing, diapering, bathing, and understanding baby’s cues. I also provide gentle, evidence-based feeding support for breastfeeding, bottle-feeding, or combination feeding. My care is practical, compassionate, and centred on helping you feel more at ease during the early weeks at home.

How I Support You

Postpartum and Newborn Support

Every family and every birth is different. My role is to offer steady, continuous support that adapts to your needs and honours your choices throughout pregnancy and birth.

I provide calm emotional reassurance, hands-on comfort measures, and evidence-based information to help you feel supported, grounded, and informed. Whether you need quiet presence, gentle guidance, or practical support in the moment, my care is shaped around what feels right for you.

Care That Adapts to You

Every family’s needs are different. My support is offered through thoughtfully designed packages that provide steady, continuous care during birth, postpartum, or both - with flexibility to meet you where you are.
